The chef

Aarti Menon.

Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, seasoned at Noma copen, Aarti opened Spice Garden after eleven years in Europe.

She cooks from grandmother's notes and her own second-guessing. The menu changes with the season, the mood, and sometimes the weather.
